Welcome to the Lady Hawkins’ School web site.  We hope you will find the information useful and that you will obtain something of the flavour of our school.  Lady Hawkins’ is a small, rural community comprehensive school set in the Welsh Borders.  We have a long history but seek to combine this with the best of modern developments to provide a first class education for children of all ages and abilities.  We are a designated specialist Humanities School with an emphasis on community development.

We see Lady Hawkins’ as the “Centre of Learning at the Heart of the Community” and greatly value the close links that have developed with other community organisations such as the Youth Centre, Community Leisure Centre, the Museum and U3A.
